Participants will first learn how to build a simple, effective business budget. This includes estimating fixed and variable costs, identifying seasonal fluctuations, and understanding the difference between gross and net profit.

Then, we move into pricing strategy. Many small businesses undercharge out of fear or lack of clarity. We introduce several pricing models—cost-plus, value-based, competitive—and help participants find the right pricing strategy based on their business goals and customer psychology.

The session also covers cash flow management, emergency funds, and how to avoid the trap of “profitable but broke.” Participants will explore tools like profit-first accounting, automated savings, and smart reinvestment strategies.

Finally, we introduce basic financial forecasting. Using realistic scenarios, attendees will create a 12-month revenue projection and identify key financial milestones.
